1. How much does the shipping cost?

The flat rate within Malaysia is RM10 for orders below RM150. Please contact us for international shipping.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

You can enjoy free shipping for orders over RM150 within Malaysia.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will only be processed and shipped out within 2 working days upon receiving full payment. Estimated delivery time (within Malaysia) will be between 3-10 working days, depending on the delivery address. Orders may take longer to reach you during peak season/ in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

4. How do I track my order delivery status?

You will receive a notification email with parcel tracking information for tracking purpose when we ship out your order.

5. Can I return or exchange my items?

Sorry, we do not accept return or exchange unless you receive incorrect or faulty item. Please refer to Return & Refund Policy here. 

6.  How do I pick the correct size?

We provide general age recommendation for each of our sizes but every child is perfectly unique! We strongly recommend measuring your baby and refer to the measurement in our size guide for the best possible fit. Feel free to contact us if you need any help on the size guide.

7. What shall I do if the item I received is incorrect/ faulty?

We are so sorry! Please inform us within 3 days of receipt and email photo of the incorrect item/ faulty part and invoice number to [email protected] We will be happy to refund you or offer an exchange upon return of your purchase subject to Return & Refund Policy.

Note: Please allow 5-20% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting and screen resolution. Actual product may appear slightly different from photo. There might be minor design variation such as print and lace embroidery arrangement. In such cases, these variances are not considered as faulty.

8. What if the item that I want to buy is sold out?

We will try our best to restock the products as soon as possible. Please contact us if you would like to check when the product will be available again.

9. Can I have my items to be packed separately or delivered to different address?

Kindly place your orders separately if you require more than one gift box or orders with multiple addresses.

10. Can I edit or cancel my order once it is being placed?

We are not able to accept cancellations of orders. If you have queries, please contact us and we will address your queries promptly.

11. Are all products in stock?

We do our very best to keep our inventory and all products details up to date on this Website, but, if an order is received that we cannot fill, we will contact you within three (3) working days from the date of order placement to offer a replacement, complimentary upgrade or order cancellation. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund within seven (7) working days subject to our Refund Policy.

12. Can you include a gift message?

We can handwrite your message on our free in-house designed greeting card. Just choose your greeting card and write your gift message at checkout page, we will do the rest for you.

13. Does every order come with a gift box?

Every Pea & Pod Box comes with our Pea & Pod Premium Gift Box. For purchases from our Baby Store, we will pack your order in our mailer box.

14. Can I customise or curate my own gift? 

If you would like us to curate a gift for you according to your budget and preference, we are more than happy to do so. Let us know your question or idea and we will try our best to arrange it for you.
