Refund Policy

We are committed to quality products and it is important to us that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 If for any reason you receive an incorrect item or find any defect on the item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and email photo of the incorrect item/ faulty part and invoice number to [email protected]. We will be happy to refund you or offer an exchange upon return of your purchase.

The returned products should be in the original condition with all tags intact, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns or refund if the item has been washed. We reserve the right to refuse return of products that do not meet our return policy requirements. 

All exchanges must be done via email and items must be mailed back within 7 working days via a traceable courier or registered mail. We will refund the postage cost you pay to return the incorrect or faulty item once we confirm that you are qualified for a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt on the item, our team will inspect it and contact you. Please allow up to 5 working days for this. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. In the event that the item you originally purchased is sold out, we will offer a full refund.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
