Return & Refund
We are committed to quality products and it is important to us that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you receive an incorrect item or find any defect on the item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and email photo of the incorrect item/ faulty part and invoice number to [email protected] We will be happy to refund you or offer an exchange upon return of your purchase. Please allow 5-20% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting and screen resolution. Actual product may appear slightly different from photo. There might be minor design variation such as print and lace embroidery arrangement. In such cases, these variances are not considered as faulty.
All exchanges must be done via email and items must be mailed back within seven (7) working days via a traceable courier or registered mail. The returned products should be in the original condition with all tags intact, unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse return of products that do not meet our return policy requirements. Upon receipt on the item, we will inspect it and contact you. Please allow up to 5 working days for this. We will refund the shipping cost you pay to return the incorrect or faulty item once we confirm that you are qualified for a refund or exchange. The refund payment will be released back to the original card or bank account you used to make payment. This process may take 7-14 working days depending on your bank or card issuer's policies. If you prefer an exchange instead of refund, we will cover the shipping cost to send out the new item.
If an order is received that we cannot fill, we will contact you within three (3) working days from the date of order placement to offer a replacement, complimentary upgrade or order cancellation. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the product, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
